Where are items made?

We only buy the highest quality fabrics to ensure this doesn’t happen. However a small amount of shrinkage can happen after the first wash, please follow the washing instruction on the label.
Where are items made?

All of our clothes are handmade to order in the UK. We are based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Can I collect if I am local?

Yes of course, please contact us via email at info@millicentandarnold.com including your order number to arrange a collection date / time. If delivey was charged at checkout, this will be refunded.
What is the sizing like?

Please see the size chart below. If you still aren’t sure please contact us via email at info@millicentandarnold.com or message us on any of our social media pages with the measurements of your child and we can customise your order. We recommend choosing the size you would when shopping on the high street.
I have an older child and I would like to purchase something for them. Would Millicent & Arnold accomodate sizes not specified?

This will depend on the item required and fabric available. Please contact us via email at info@millicentandarnold.com with your query and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
